TERMS & CONDITIONS

HOURLY RATES 

Normal hourly rates are $45 for regular cleaning, $65 for deep cleaning. Deep cleaning is much more work intensive, and requires different products.

There is a 2 hour minimum on either regular or deep cleaning

$10 will be charged for travel beyond 15 miles from Ione.

No charge for cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled service. Any  cancellations later the 72 hour grace period, will be subject to a $45 cancellation fee.

PETS

If you have pets, please have them is a separate room while cleaning is in progress. Pet owners must provide their own vacuum, in order to prevent allergens from being transferred to other homes.

 CLEANING TIMES & DATES

Your cleaning service is scheduled for a certain time & day.  I do my best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic, other clients  and unforeseen circumstances may affect the scheduled arrival time. Therefore please understand that all appointment times are (approximate) arrival times. If I am going to be more than 30 minutes late, I will contact you.

Deep Clean Add-On’s

If you added Deep clean add-on’s such as window cleaning, blind cleaning and interior appliance cleaning and decide to remove them, please notify me at least 72 hours in advance, so I may readjust my schedule.

Payment Policy

Payment is due on day of service. Checks or cash.

 Excessive Clutter Policy

Clutter is a mass of trash, items, nick-nacks, or personal items on the countertops, furniture and/or floors of your home. Clutter significantly inhibits our ability to perform the cleaning tasks efficiently and stay on schedule.

It is crucial that you pick up clutter from the rooms you want cleaned before I show up!
I am there to do the job at the highest standard that I can. There are many reasons I don’t clean around excessive clutter. It is easy for me  to miss areas, there is a significantly higher chance of  breaking something, and it usually takes two to three times longer to complete a cleaning when the area is highly cluttered, This can also affect customers that are scheduled after your cleaning.
